Description

The aim of the experiment P3.1.3.4 is to investigate the electric potential around a charged sphere. The equipotential surfaces are concentric spherical shells around the charged sphere. They are identified by measuring the electrical potential at different positions but with constant distance to the surface of the sphere. In addition, the dependance of the variation of the electric potential on the distance to the surface of the sphere is determined and used to calculate the electric field strength.
